MCAC Lunch Gatherings, Starting Up!!

Yessss…!!!!! Cheer, all, for I have unofficially been given the unofficial go-ahead to start unofficially organising unofficial MCAC lunch gatherings!! ^^ (lolz, note all the ‘unofficial’s in that sentence)

There’s no official position or anything on this, but I’ll be liaising with the other MCAC-ers to get as many people as possible to meet up for social means at least once a week, outside of screening hours.

So far I’ve had 12 positive replies on this, not including my own.

I have 9 people confirmed (kinda) for lunch gatherings on Thursday. Tentative timing is from 11:30am to maybe 2pm, and our first session is this Thursday.

Up to 8 MCAC-ers are confirmed for the Wednesday pre-screening lunch hour, which will run from 12noon to 12:45pm starting next week, whereby we will be moving locations to the JLC.

Hmm… looks like I haven’t left anyone out yet, so all seems to be going alright on that sector… YAY!!!!

Today: MUISS’s Mexican Food Demo…

MMmmmMmmm…. today was MUISS’s Mexican Food Demo, serving Tacos and Fajitas…

And that’s all I can say about it, other than that everyone seemed to love the food o.o ROTFL….

So, why is that all I can say?

Umm because I was in the MUISS office trying to study for my impending ECC mid-sems of doom?? And trying not to remember the scores of my EIL mid-sems and my ETC 1st assignment? =P …AND ignoring the whiffs of enticing meat-scent wafting in through the open door, that reminded me that I should be having dinner instead of doing last-minute cramming??

Yes. Just because I look studious and occasionally get that HD doesn’t mean that I’m actually hardworking or actually smart.

I’m just sometimes lucky. And I just cram effectively (sometimes).

Most times, I’m clumsily shortsighted + careless + miss the most obvious hints in exams. I think too much, and then give an answer than hints that I thought too little on it. Or vice versa, which is bad if it over-expotulates on the topic and drawls on to infinity. o.o” Whoops going off-topic…!!!

Ummm… rewinding to before the rambling…. ummm yeah ^^ Today was MUISS’s Mexican Food Demo ^^ I hope you guys had fun learning, wrapping and eating!! (coz I didn’t get to T.T)

(ECC was freaky, by the way =P Maybe it has something to do with me not studying for it until yesterday… but was it really? lolz.)
