3rd time running — gomen ETC!!

Argh… I missed my morning ETC lectures for the third time running today… woke up at 10:58am, and realised that oh shit: one, missed the lecture and Serene was so going to kill me; two, my EIL presentation was in a tute that was just 2 minutes away from beginning!!!

..*sound of world falling down around my ears*..

Anyway, got there before 12 (which is the break time in my 2-hour tute) and got through the ordeal (with the expected *tsktsk*s from my groupmates).

My 3-hour between-class break after that was mostly spent in the MUISS lounge. I finally *kinda* decided on what subjects to take for next semester… yay? (however, Serene was my consultant in this, and I can’t help thinking that my subjects were chosen to coincide with what she’s taking… lol.)

ETC tutes weren’t as boring as I expected, and I actually paid full attention for… the first time in many afternoon sessions. I should have gone home directly after that, but alas! the warm lights of MUISS tempted me towards campus centre yet again, and after dinner with Noriko (noodles from Grain Express), some really random chatter with Wen Sheng, Lisa and Ryan (and probably a few people who came and went), we packed up the lounge and I arrived home around 7pm.

Had a nap almost directly after and got up, disoriented, at 10ish, 11pm.

Finally I started on my ETC assignment… and WTH? My previous analysis for section one was wrong. No wonder the question seemed weird. Went about fixing it, tidying up my report, referring to all the various materials provided for nice analysis answers etc, discussing a certain development in MCAC with Chris, dropping words of chat to some friends, placating Darren, trying not to get distracted….

Ended up sleeping past 6am. (Well, at least I’d napped before starting on work. And at least I only have 1.3 parts of my assignment left to do!!! there IS hope on the horizon after all….)
