“What the heck?” –most of the people when they saw what we got the May birthdays. Rotfl.
“Thanks Kellie!” –group yell by those who ate her Tiramisu.
“I didn’t know that it was body chocolate until you guys told me…” –Ben in retrospect, lolz.
“I’m the cake man!” –Kevin; who else?
“Seriously, you guys are damned horny.” –Eddie when commenting on what we got Jon, Gary, Ben, Nikhil, Serene and Nike. XD
“It’s definitely Noriko who got the presents; I can’t think of anyone else who would actually go and buy them!” –WenSheng before I told him: “Sorry… it was me.” *speechless?*
Well guys, in the cultimation of maybe two weeks of sheer planning and hectic plotting, the sports session-slash-BBQ-slash-Jon’s surprise party-slash-OMG another after-party thingy was today.
I could (and would) write about it—if I thought that I had the brain energy and stuff to do so!!! Unfortunately, as things stand… I don’t really have many of my wits around me and I think my blogs are getting waaaay too long. This particular day, if sectioned with detail, would take up 4 blogposts, for example T.T Or maybe even MORE because of the sheer volume of things that had to be done and the tons of things that can and should be written on it!!!! *sigh*
Unfortunately, I am well aware that not many people would have the patience to go through them, and to tell the truth exposing so many details would only give others voyeuristic pleasure that they should not be getting >.>” So to keep these little memories to only those who were present, I shall deprive you avid readers of the minutae details of this hectic day of everyone involved and leave you wondering about everything that you don’t know ^^
Before I end this post, though, I would like to shout out the following:
Many thanks to Audrey, Benji, Sharon, Noriko, Kawa, Stephanie,Kevin, and Dixon, for all that they’ve done to make this set of events proceed as planned!! You guys were fantastic!! I could never have done without your help in shopping for ingredients, choosing/wrapping the presents, chopping up/marinating/BBQ-ing the meat, keeping things secret, transporting items from everywhere to my place and over to the pits again and back, organising Jon’s surprise party at Notts, actually GETTING to Notts, having KFC at 1 or 2am in the morning… etc. Much love to all of you!!!!
I hope that everyone in concern had a great + enjoyable evening/night, and that the presents that we got the birthday people will be used =D
