My advice for you would be to find a friend or someone you are close to that you can talk to about your problems.I don't really have anyone except for my best friend,but she only rarely talks to me and I don't really want to place my burdens all on her.That's why I have my diary,so at least I can put what I feel on paper and feel just a little better about letting those feelings out.
